Monique Legaspi is a creative technologist from central New Jersey. Intersecting passions for the visual arts, creative writing and computer science spawned within her a lifelong fondness for playing and making video games. At the heart of her work are themes of time, language, love and internet humor. Her senior thesis game, “left unsaid,” won the Lucas Award in Visual Arts for excellence and quality. After graduating from Princeton, she went on to receive her master’s degree in computer graphics and game technology from the University of Pennsylvania. Legaspi’s hobbies include drinking matcha lattes, practicing drum kit and playing dialogue-heavy RPGs.
