Mary Sykes worked at Lehman Brothers for 15 years before co-founding a headhunting firm for private equity and venture capital in New York City. She retired to raise her now-22 year old twins. At Princeton, she was an All-America swimmer in four different events and set Ivy League Championships records in the 100 fly, 100 free, 200 free and 200 individual medley.
