Jennifer Abbondanza is a vice president of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at NBCUniversal, where she advances DEI efforts in the areas of workforce, content and philanthropy. She leads a team that drives diversity strategy, analytics and insights across NBCUniversal. Previously, Abbondanza was a vice president in the NBCUniversal Corporate Strategy and Development Group, where she focused on acquisitions, divestitures and strategic partnerships. Prior to NBCUniversal, she held positions at Intel Corp, Brera Capital Partners and Deutsche Bank, where she was an investment banker focused on the media, lodging and financial services industries in the Global Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Advisory Department, formerly Wolfensohn & Co. Abbondanza holds a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She resides in New York City with her wife and two children.
