Cason Crane is an adventurer, entrepreneur and producer. He is the first openly LGBTQ+ person to climb the Seven Summits — the highest mountain on each continent — including Mount Everest, a feat he pursued in support of the Trevor Project. For his activism and advocacy, he’s been awarded LogoTV’s Young Trailblazer honor and the Trevor Project’s Youth Innovator Award. He founded an award-winning coffee business, Explorer Cold Brew, which has been featured in Bon Appetit, the New York Times and Saveur, and was the first cold brew served on a major U.S. airline. Crane was also a finalist on USA Network’s competitive reality series “Race to Survive: Alaska,” now streaming on Peacock. He is passionate about theater and is a successful producer and financier. Notable projects include Jamie Lloyd’s “Sunset Boulevard,” “Slave Play,” “Job,” “Parade,” “Cabaret” and “People, Places and Things,” as well as the upcoming films “Blood Boys” and “The Climb.” When not off on an adventure, he lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his husband, Francis, and their dog, Timmy.
