Barry Saiff has been an activist, volunteer, event organizer and fundraiser ever since his sophomore year at Princeton. Professionally, he is a leader, manager, entrepreneur and author in the field of technical communications. He started his bisexual activist career in the early 1990s in Washington, D.C., with the Alliance of MultiCultural Bisexuals. He co-produced the 1993 Conference Celebrating Bisexuality associated with that year’s March on Washington. The conference was the largest-to-date bisexual conference, with four keynote speakers, 50 workshops and 600 participants. Saiff is a past president of BiNet USA and led the fundraising to make possible their first executive director. He has spoken on bisexuality in webinars and conferences within the U.S. and internationally.
